Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product, different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances may change. If you have a change of mind, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

2. How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@doorshop.co.nz or through our Contact Us page. Provide your order number, details about the product, and the reason for the refund.

Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, they will provide you with further instructions.

3. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Return Shipping: If applicable, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

4. Exclusions
Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

Clearance Items: Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications are non-refundable.
